Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Corn Flour
  • 1 Cup you can also use whole wheat White Flour
  • 2 Teasopons Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • Fresh Oregano
  • 1.75 oz Bulgarian or Fetta Salty Cheese
  • 1.75 oz Tzfat cheese
  • Marinated in olive oil garlic and thyme Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • Half container Sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Optional Extras

  • Chopped Walnuts
  • 5 % With olives Cream cheese

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl.
  • Mix the cheese, oil, milk and eggs with herbs and sun-dried tomatoes in a second bowl.
  • Combine the two bowls.
  • Pour into a lightly greased pan (with cooking spray).
  • Place in oven a preheated to 350 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  • It…is…ready!
