Chicken breast stuffed with a mix of spinach with mushrooms and a bunch of great spices, coated with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. It is so tasty and believe it or now, super easy to make! It's a great dish that looks amazing on any plate and should go without saying....super delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 halfs you can already ask the butcher for 3 schnitzels Chicken Breast
- 150 gr frozen from the 7/11 is fine Spinach
- 1/2 Basket Mushrooms
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
- Per taste Salt
- Per taste Ground Black Pepper
- A pinch Nutmeg
- As needed Breadcrumbs
- As needed Sesame
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- As needed Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- As needed Spray Oil
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms into small cubes
- Cut the onions into half circles
- Make the spinach according to packet instructions
- In a large pan, heat up the oil
- When the oil is hot, add the onions and fry for approx 3-4 minutes until it begins to brown
- Add the crushed garlic and the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms stop bringing out liquids
- Now add the spinach, salt, pepper and the nutmeg and mix well. Cook for another minute and a half whilst mixing and then transfer everything to a clean bowl to cool down
- In the meantime - we'll start with the chicken!
- Wash and remove any left over fat, skin, bones or feathers
- Slice each chicken breast into 3 separate schnitzel pieces. For those of you who please - you can use a "schnitzel hammer" to flatten them out
- Place 2 teaspoons of the spinach and mushrooms at the beginning of the chicken and now roll until the end and place on the side on its closed side
- Now get 2 bowls ready, 1 with a mixed egg and 1 with breadcrumbs and a small amount of sesame seeds
- Now get a heat resistant tray with high edges ready for the oven - spray it with the oil spray
- Dip the rolled up chicken in the egg and then coat it with the breadcrumbs and sesame and place in the tray
- Sprinkle a tiny bit of olive oil on each piece of chicken - place in the preheated oven at 356F for 25 minutes
- Ready! Bon Apettit!
- Recommended to serve with green salad, potatoes from the oven and a quick salsa sauce!
