Yes that's right, you read correctly, wings in mustard and tomatoes. It's so tasty, you'll kick yourselves that you didn't think of this before!
These wings are great on the grill aswell!

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs Chicken Wings
- Three-quarters of a cup. I used juice from a carton. Pure tomato juice
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcester Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon רוטב סויה
- 1 Tablespoon optional Date Honey/Syrup (
- From 1 lemon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Crushed Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Chili
- Per taste Salt
- Per taste Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Clean the wings from any left over feathers and unnecessary fat
- Cut each wing in half (from the joint)
- Organize the wings across a heat resistant pan with high edges
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl
- Pour the mix on top of the chicken
- Close the dish with aluminum foil and place in the fridge for atleast half an hour
- Turn the oven to 395F
- Put the wings in the oven for half an hour
- After half an hour, remove the foil - flip the wings - turn the heat up to 430F and cook for another half hour
- Ready! Simple as that!
- Serve with nachos or onion rings.....or both!
