Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas - The more ripe the better! Bananas
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Optional Mashed dates
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and run it until one unified texture is created.
- If the texture is too thick - add a little more milk. If you like it a bit sweeter - add sugar.
- Pour into a tall glass with ice cubes and straw.
- It’s as simple as that and obviously…super-delicious!
