Parsley oil is designed as the use of delicate seasoning and garnish dishes. Green color and a rich flavor and delicate. It is easy to make and very good.

  • Quarter bundle - just leaves finely chopped but not too much Parsley
  • 1/2 a Glass Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Coarse Salt


  • Put a pan with oil, parsley and salt.
  • Heat whilst lightly brushing the pan.
  • Once the oil is dyed green and the parsley loses its natural shine - remove from heat and place in a jar.
