Ingredients
- 2 oz Butter
- 2 oz Flour
- 1 Liter Milk
- Per Taste Salt
- To taste. It's like black pepper powder - just white. White Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- Add the flour, stirring until everything becomes constant and thickly unified.
- When we have a unified mixture, remove it from the heat.
- In a large, shallow pot - boil the milk.
- Add the salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- When the milk boils, add the flour and butter mixture, stirring non-stop (there must be no lumps!) – recommended to use a silicone whisk to stir.
- Cook for about fifteen minutes, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
- When the mixture thickens, remove from heat.
- Finished! Go ahead and enjoy it with homemade lasagna, pasta, pies and anything else really!
