Ingredients
- 1 Cup Corn Flour
- 1 Cup you can also use whole wheat White Flour
- 2 Teasopons Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 5 Mint leaves
- 5 Basil Leaves
- Fresh Oregano
- 1.75 oz Bulgarian or Fetta Salty Cheese
- 1.75 oz Tzfat cheese
- Marinated in olive oil garlic and thyme Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 2 Eggs
- Half container Sour cream
- 1/4 Cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
Optional Extras
- Chopped Walnuts
- 5 % With olives Cream cheese
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Mix the cheese, oil, milk and eggs with herbs and sun-dried tomatoes in a second bowl.
- Combine the two bowls.
- Pour into a lightly greased pan (with cooking spray).
- Place in oven a preheated to 350 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
