Green beans and soy

Super Delicious

Green beans and soy is a great and easy side dish for any meal. You can serve it with white rice as an extra to a great meat dish such as out chicken in the oven! You can also use it as a lone side dish of greens. Super delicious!

  • 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
  • 400 grams frozen from the 7/11 is fine Green Beans
  • 3 Tablespoons Soya
  • A bunch Sesame


  • Place the boiling water in a small sauce pan and turn on the heat from underneath
  • Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften - but doesn't lose its full form
  • Add the soya and cook whilst mixing for another 30-40 seconds and turn off the flame
  • Sprinkle some sesame and mix
  • Simple as that! Bon Apetit!
