Clean the wings and cut them in half (at the joint is best).
Put the wings in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
After boiling, lower the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
Drain and transfer to a bowl and wait for the wings to cool slightly.
During this time, prepare the sauce - stir with in a bowl (with a whisk) the lemon, date syrup, garlic, mustard and soy sauce until the mixture is unified and the mustard dissolves - and then set aside.
Pour flour in a bowl and rub the wings until they are coated with flour on all sides.
Fry the wings in deep oil until golden brown - and then place onto paper towels (kitchen towels to soak up the oil!).
Heat oil in a large skillet.
When the oil is hot, pour in the sauce and boil it.
When the sauce is bubbling - put in the wings.
Toss the wings in the sauce and stir with a wooden spoon until all wings are covered with sauce.
Remove to a serving bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds - and serve.
