Clean the chicken from any excess feathers, fat and skin
Chop the onion
Peel and then grate the carrot s on a rough grinder
In a large and flat pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil
When the oil is hot - fry the onion until it becomes clear
Add the chicken pieces and fry them on all sides until golden
Add the grated chicken and spices
Add the tomato pasta and warm water, until it reaches halfway of the chicken
Cook for 15 minutes on a medium heat
Add the lentils
Cook for another 15 minutes
Add the rice and sprinkle it all over to the top of the pan
Add boiling water
Close the lid and cook for another 18 minutes on a low heat
Mix well and serve!
