Put the oil in a bowl with water and a pinch of salt.
Pour in the flour slowly - stirring with a whisk.
Place flour in slowly – until there is a smooth unified mix – wet is ok, just not sticky!
Place in plastic wrap - refrigerate for half an hour - an hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and sprinkle flour on the surface.
Roll out the dough very thinly! (Note - the dough should not look beautiful or aesthetically pleasing - it should be thin!)
Cut it into squares, shapes, or whatever you want.
Make in the center of each piece a groove with a knife - to prevent swelling in oil.
Place in boiling oil a bunch at a time (not 5-6 more like 15 at a time!)
Then transfer to paper towels.
Transfer to a box - Pour sugar generously - Close the box and shake gently.
There you have it!
Now hide it until the guests come!
