Chili oil is very simple to prepare, it has amazing colors and is designed for decoration and very delicate seasoning “dose”.


  • 1/2 a Glass Olive Oil
  • 1 Full Tablespoon Crushed Chili


  • In a pan, place the olive oil and pour in the chili.
  • Heat the oil until it gets a reddish color - orange chili chips.
  • Immediately remove from heat and place in a jar.
